GeekVape Z Max Sub-Ohm Tank
Sub-ohm tanks all seem to share a similar look nowadays. The range of resistances available also does not seem to vary much between brands. The features do not seem to have changed much in recent years.
But underneath that stainless steel and durable Pyrex, the experts at Geek Vape have made some crucial changes to the classic sub-ohm tank design. The result is the outstanding Geek Vape Zeus Z Max Sub-Ohm Tank.
The Geek Vape Zeus Z Max Sub-Ohm tank is a clever design. The top rotates with a quarter twist to reveal two fill ports. The use of two ports is key, as it releases pressure and allows faster filling. This is the same reason you punch two holes in a can of condescended milk.
Another upgrade it the press fit coil design. While this has been the industry standard for a couple years, Geek Vape has worked hard to reduce any potential leaking cause by the opening in the bottom of the tank.
Another upgrade is the top airflow design. The dual slot control allows vapers to throw the draw wide open or really ratchet down the airflow. It is amazing how much of an influence this can have on flavor and vapor production.
Even with these design enhancements, the coil remains the engine of the sub-ohm tank. And the new M-series coils from Geek Vape really deliver.
Geek Vape M Coils
The Geek Vape M Coils line is as extensive as it is impressive. There are four different designs, and each delivers delicious flavor and vapor. Yet there are enough differences where you are bound to have a favorite for your style of vaping.
The Geek Vape Zeus Z Max Sub-Ohm Tank comes with two of these coil designs. The first is the 0.2ohm M Coil. This M Coil is rated for 75 to 85 watts. While it can function below this range, it is in this narrow window where it truly shines. Also known as the M Series KA1 Triple Mesh, this Kanthal coil has nearly instant ramp up speed. The use of triple mesh drags unbelievable flavor out of each max-VG puff. The flavor of the vapor is stunning and delightful. The vapor production is also outstanding. A+
The other M Series coil included in the Geek Vape Zeus Z Max Sub-Ohm Tank kit is the 0.14ohm M Series Mesh Coil. It is also a Kanthal coil and operates between 60 and 80 watts. This wider range of power makes this ultra-low resistance coil an extremely versatile player. A quick ramp up speed and low resistance mean that huge cloud cover is in the forecast. This is a single coil design and extremely long lasting.
The two compatible M-Series Coils not sold in the kits are the 0.3ohm Dual Coil and 0.15ohm Quad Coil. These offer unique performance characteristics and are well worth investigating when it is time to replace the coils in your Geek Vape Zeus Z Max Sub-Ohm Tank.
